my triceps have fallen behind, I am trying to work on them.
I don't know if I will ever fill up my monkey arms, they're 39-40 cm atm.
Forgot to mention that I've been in gym for like 3 years, good gains everywhere except arms, especially biceps. I hit them 2-3x a week, especially bicep since recently to see if I can overcome my bad arm genetics.

otherwise a dyel with 12 inch arms that uses lighting, angles and poses to his advantage can look like he has bigger arms than someone sporting 16 inches, this doesn't seem right
