Look, the guy did ridiculous amounts of Tren to stay lean, trained like an idiot and only for the pump, and had a shitty diet. On top of running tren and rarely if ever coming off (which will fuck with your heart) he did street drugs taxing to the heart and partied constantly.

Legitimately any healthy person would have died doing what he did. His abuse of Tren alone was at least half of it; that steroid is the most anabolic and the most dangerous to take.
