Even if you obviously can't do as much weight 3x10 as you could 3x5, you will still see more gains.
Just do 3x10 with a weight that is hard for you. It should feel hard. If it feels hard, it is working.
If it feels easy, you aren't trying hard enough.
Doesn't have to be the same weight.
Like lets say first set is 3x10, at X weight. Next set might be 3x9, at X weight, or 3x10 at .95x weight
just make sure it's hard.

x5 reps is nice cause who doesn't like getting stronger and you can do 4x8-12 after that or you can have intensity and volume days it's not that hard,you can be strong and look good

Uh, just look for a routine with a lot of volume, 8-12 rep range, has you in the gym 6 days a week...
If you don't have time to go to the gym 6 days a week then just train your whole body 3 times a week, but when you're in the gym 3 times a week, 8-12 rep range, lots of sets, lots of effort.
Just remember

The way you stay small and dyel forever is by going to the gym, lifting like 90% of your one rep max for 3 reps, waiting 10 minutes, then doing it again and then going home.
This doesn't work unless you want to get stronger

low bf % also helps compensate

Prob late to the party. But pretty much this. I have a set 3 day bro split. Biceps/Delts, Legs/back, chest/tri. But i just go in there for like 2 hrs and try doing a whole bunch of different workout for like 4x12. Shit sometimes I do different amounts like drop sets and shit. And i look waye better than guys who follow a full routine kek
