I cut to lose 2lbs/week and have never experienced muscle loss. As long as you keep lifting and make sure to get your 100g protein a day, you shouldn't lose nearly any muscle

Highest I've ever been is 298, prolly hit 300 who knows at one point.

Currently 194 6 foot, but I bulked now I'm cutting again back to 185.

I stopped being a fatty fat fat piece of shit by combining intermittent fasting, 2k calorie diet, proper vitamins and electrolytes, keto diet of ~10% carbs ~20% protein ~70% fat, and at least 30 minutes of cardio like swimming or stair climber 5-6 times a week with lifting.

Depends on the brand. Some are just as sugary as a soda, some are fairly lean at 1/3rd the soda or so

I'm worried I'm not gonna look much different at the end. Is 10kg enough? It feels like it would be too quick and easy to make me look good. I mean do I really have to just eat a bit less and lift and then I'll end up aesthetic? It just sounds too good to be true?

Even if your bf% estimate is 2-3% off which is likely because most people underestimate, 10kg of fat loss will be a significant change in bodyfat percentage.
