How much sleep do you guys get per night Veeky Forums? I get 3-4 hours a night

8 hours average

I can't function if I get less than 9
If I get to sleep in it's about 12 hours
If not it's between 7-9

6 on average and more on weekends

8 to 10

I average 10-11 hours per night

need 6-8 hours

get 6-8 hours

the less sleep you NEED the more healthy you are.

if you seriously need 9-11 hours then you have got health problems.

yes, my 90 year old grandma is the healthiest being on earth

How about we post our average hours of sleep and also our heights and age, and maybe we can find a correlation
>need 8-9 hours of sleep, 5'7" 20 y old

I usually get around 6-8, sometimes less, and sometimes a lot more.

8 hours, if I don't have an alarm I will wake up in exactly 8 hours.

About 9 hours ideally.

Honestly, more I sleep better I do at the gym and at life in general. I feel better also.

4-6 hours. Usually heavily sedated.

I don't know

I'm actually trying to fix my sleep but I'm at the point where I don't know if I actually slept or not since I toss and turn for a good while and then it's morning without me realizing it, of course this coupd be due to me being abducted by aliens but I'll never know.

6-9 work days
9-11 weekends and freedom time

7-8 hours usually.
Any anons need to sleep, melatonin is a great supplement. Knocks you out within 30 mins.

Go to bed with around eight hours before my alarm goes off in the morning. Usually take ~30min to fall asleep and wake up ~60min before my alarm.

So about 6.5 hours a night for me most nights.

I feel great when I wake up. I've been slowly staying awake a little longer at night to try to get that natural wake up time closer to my alarm time so I don't feel like I'm just wasting time laying there before I get up.

Why don't you just get out of bed when you wake up?

Don't listen to this guy. Melatonin is a hormone and if you take it as a supplement it will ultimately fuck your sleep/wake cycles, upon which most of your health is actually dependent.

7.5 weeknights
8-10 weekends

5-6 hours a night
6'2" 23 year old

7 hours average. But when I sleep late (3am and up) I rest poorly while going to bed early is high quality rest

Around 8. ZMA Is making the sleep so much deeper and better though.

>thinks he can tell when he's having deeper sleep or if it's better sleep

6-7 seems to be my sweet spot

anything under 6 and i feel like total dogshit

anything above 10 and i wake up feeling like dogshit, but feel fine during the day

Sleeplet detected

I don't need more than 6 hours a day because I'm not an infant, if you can't get enough in 6 hours sleep faster

Avg 5 hrs a week. Sometimes take naps here and there to make up for the hours lost.
Weekends I avg about 10 hours

6 hours usually of uniterupted sleep. Wish I could get more but once I'm up I'm up. Gives me time to do shit though before work so that's cool

>3-4 hours

I'd be exhausted with that little sleep

*5 hours during the week, not a week

8-12 hours

I feel amazing

Well she made it to 90 so there's a grain of truth in there somewhere

This

People sleeping 8+ hours a night are probably NEET or have no life

>thinks he can't tell when he had a good rest or shitty sleep

There's no noticeable difference probably because I'm only 27

usually 4-6, 8 at max.
no matter what i do i wake up after 8 hours for some reason and cant fall asleep
also i feel super energized even with 4 hours of sleep like a month nonstop

Not a NEET if you're self-employed

That's not real work than

7 hours, pretty consistently actually.

Being a drug dealer is a NEET

Or all your sleep is shit, try getting better sleep sleeplet.

My sweet spot is 7 hours, 45 minutes. Uninterrupted.
24 years, 6'1"

I did some testing and found out about 7 and a half hours is my sweet spot

That being said I usually end up sleeping 6-7 hours weekdays and 8-9 hours weekends.

6 or 7

6-8 on workdays, 7-9 on days off.

I used to sleep like 4 hours a day, just trying to sleep more, eat healthier, and drink more water since my health was shit for awhile. Doing way better now.
