I've seen a physio a couple times but it hasn't helped too much. Really worried it's a legit serious problem dude, hurts so fucking bad sometimes and seemingly over nothing.

I think you can maintain modest muscle because the steroids increase the number of fibers. You can hit a low dose of Test E later on in your life and a lot of those gains will come back instantly because of the pre-existing muscle fibers

Nah I meant like I physically feel something protruding on the right side more so than the left. Not sure if you can "feel" a slipped disc but really does not seem normal for your back to be unbalanced.

Would it hurt my gains if I just had 5-6 scoops of casein a day and just filled the rest with semi clean food? (heavy on tren, just get 40-50g fat thats it).

Protein powder has the most leucine by far out of any protein source so it can't possible be that bad. I mean, as long as I get my 200+ g of protein I should be cool I'm thinking.

As far as the know, sterile abscess is where white blood cells target and locate the infection essentially building a barrier wall around the infection discontinuing the spread of infection. Basically harmless. If he's getting them often then he's not properly disinfecting, or he's pinning into a lot of scar tissue where the oil isn't properly dispersing and white blood cells are forming a barrier around a perceived foreign body.
