Even though bro-splits have shit frequency, they at least allow you to do tons of muscle fiber damage in one session, which causes growth,

Sure you're wasting days not growing because you're only training once every 7 days, but fuck, you can't have your cake and eat it.

I did a FB every other day (3 sets per bodypart per session) and I actually got smaller than I was when I just trained 20-30 sets per muscle group once a week on a normie brosplit.

Depends on the FB. Sheiko-style FB is good, 5x5 "FB" sucks.

Wendler is essentially a bro-split where you have legs, chest, back, shoulders. You can get away with training the bigger muscles once per week and you can do arms on all of the days because they recover fast.
