Depends on the FB. Sheiko-style FB is good, 5x5 "FB" sucks.
Wendler is essentially a bro-split where you have legs, chest, back, shoulders. You can get away with training the bigger muscles once per week and you can do arms on all of the days because they recover fast.
You do Sheiko if you want to become good at powerlifting. The workouts last 2 hours and at a certain point become obnoxious.
