if you work 3p-11p then sleep noon to 8am. if you work 11p-7a then sleep 2p-10p. more than adequate daylight

I work 5pm to 1am. It's night roughly 6pm-6am. The MOST sun I could get is if I went to be directly when I got home from work at 2am and woke up around 9, which would mean I'd never see my fucking wife.

You can't. This is all nonsense, some of it might make you feel healthier or lead to a healthier lifestyle, but you CAN NOT EVER EVER EVER NEVER EVER increase test without taking Testosterone, outside of the smallest or most temporary fluctuations that will not affect anything you do in any manner.

By this logic nothing you do can ever decrease testosterone either, is that what you're claiming, because lack of sleep, being over weight, and being sedimentary have ALL been shown to decrease test levels. Meaning that if you are currently doing these things, ceasing them would in fact, increase your test level.
