Before we started knowing everything we were getting big on all kinds of ridiculous crap - circuit training, machines, bars/calisthenics and, yes, even bro-splits.

Nowadays we apparently know everything there is to know about nutrition and training. Our preachers Jason Blaha, Mark Rippetoe and Medhi tell us how to train optimally and what to eat and as a result we are weaker and look worse than we did back in the 90's and 2000's.

There are college kids nowadays that bench less than what I did in HS and give each-other craptastic advice such as "squeeze your glutes" and "arch harder".

Someone aware me why brosplits are preferable to roiders over full body

Someone also aware me on why 5/3/1 is optimal for natties given that every body part is hit once a week
