No difference, most common ones are fine. All pharmacies sell citrates for example, they work just as well.

if you are deficient in zinc then supplementation will help restore normal levels of testosterone. much like how getting adequate sleep/exercise etc will also help restore normal levels of testosterone if you are lacking in any of those things. increasing these past sufficient levels will not give you a "boost", however

Vitamin D ok in the winter. O3 ok because it's a macro if you can't eat fish or avocado for some reason. Zinc? Do not eat meat? Because meat has a ton of zinc.
