Quick, which one would you tell your little bro to do?

Quick, which one would you tell your little bro to do?

Ur mom

Zyzz's bodyweight routine

(chestbrah released it 2 months ago but yesterday he released the updated version which is the one zyzz truly did)

They're basically the same. It doesn't fucking matter

>starting strength
>worked countles of times

by work you mean turned people into fat fucks with deformed proportions?

Why are you directing that at me you cunt? I didn't write it

SS

Link?

Phraks' GSLP.

Why?
You do two upperbody moves a day (bench and rows or ohp and chins)
You squat 2x a week, not three times
The last set being AMRAP means you set rep maxes on a deload which makes them less "scary"

Reg Parks 5x5, for sure.

Is that really ss? How long and any before pic? Please don't lie to me

Why faggot? It's unproven. Literally no one posts after pics, and noobs give up after 3 weeks because it's so shit

>Doing a dead guys routine

Great idea

SS here. Maybe too fat for Veeky Forums standards though

THICC potential.

Fit likes fatties.
Joking aside, you are quite fat

Guys, I'm pretty slim, don't want to bulk, but i want to lift weights. Is ss going to do anything for me without eating at a surplus?

Why not cut?

Why should i? Post a picture of your body you fat piece of shit. If i had a way to find you I'd come over there and kill you. You fucking wanker

Fuck you. Funny way to act after posting a picture of yourself

You don't build muscle without a calorie surplus you dummy

GSLP, preferably phrak version

I would say if your bro is a skelly, the best option is SS.
Am i right, fellas?

Yes. 3 exercises 3 times a week. Good plan

I look really good from ss, you can see 4 months progress, SS + Gomad.

Diet was purely mcdonalds (easy calories) , avoided cardio (kills gains).

I got a lot stronger so I KNOW that because I got stronger, I am gaining dexascannable lean body mass, not simply making neurlogical gains.

Weight 173---> 193

5 lbs of muscle gained a month!

Just like mark promised me!

Is this a joke or are the pictures reversed?

?

My lifts went up, I went from tiny twink to big strong dude, I can lift a lot of weight now.

Mark's training works.

(Progress is 4 months on a upper/lower brosplit )

Hmm. Thats not me replying though. I havent even reached 1/2/3/4. I will cut once I reach it.

Cut now bro or you will run into problems with your skin not feeling 'tight' wrapped around your body, more stretch marks, increased fat, gyno

the list goes on and on, you are at the danger zone bro

stop.

I took a year long break from lifting due to life shit.

I did starting strength to pick back up. Had lost a lot of strength and started from 135 for all bp/sq/dl.

I cannot even explain to you how quick and effective that program was, knowing the form from lifting before. For those going through it for your first time, having a coach or experienced lifter guide you will rapidly increase your progress.

Ah, the left pic is the before pic?

I would go with the old people version of Starting Strength:

M/W/F

Squat 3x5
Bench/The Press™ 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Chin-ups*

*Bodyweight till 15 reps, then weighted 3x5.

Power Cleans are far too dangerous for general health.

I would also recommend that he be able to do 15 push-ups before moving on to bench press.

Start doing power shrugs my dude or at the very least alternate your mixed grip on deadlifts
your traps trigger me

the pic of me looking like a sack of garbage stuffed into a hairy human trash bag is before and the pic of me looking like a tiny little twink is the after bro lol

Starting strength with chinups when he does ohp and dumbbell rows when he benches as well as planks, calf raises, and curls 3x a week and side raises on fridays

No rows?

>power cleans are too dangerous for your health
>but you should deadlift 3x a week as an old fuck
user...

SS until your squat or dl stalls 3 consecutive workouts
Also:
>read sticky
>do high bar squats instead of lowbar
>don't worry about your routine so much just be consistent
