This may surprise you, but the key to adding 320 to that is to lift more.

Just keep progressing. If you're not intelligently programming your routine, then just go with a tried and true program. Yes, you may pick one that is not that optimal, but it won't matter that much until you hit AT LEAST intermediate levels, which is past the 1000 lbs club unless you're a girl or like 5'2" (a.k.a. a girl).

Yeah. Not as bad as your numbers, but close. Squat only ever worked if I went full goggins and treated as a super deficit deadlift or went out wide and sat back into it like I was wearing gear.

I've been on SS for about 8 months. Jumps on Bench and OHP have stopped. I can still improve on Deadlifts, but 5lb jumps on Squats are becoming a real bitch.

Keep going until you can't progress anymore, but yeah you're probably close to a needed switch. Check the strength standards website. If your lifts are no longer at a novice level, then you don't need a novice program.

You do know OHP isn't counted in the powerlifting total, right? Yes, it's one of the four main lifts, but it should be something like the 1200 club if we're throwing OHPs in there.
