I have wide hips/iliac crest and short legs (31 waist/ 27 inseam). Where can I find pants that fit me? Should I start buying pants for fat children? I'm 5'9" 145lbs, so I'm not overweight. Maybe you're buying wrong, and the tailor has to work more because of it.
Hemming + Tapering is normal and basically always needed, but if you're getting pants that fit at the waist the tailor might work on the seat (expensive and not always possible), get pants that fit 100% at the seat, taking in/out the waist is cheap.
