Oats, peanut butter, peanuts, pork shoarma, butter, bananas, bacon, pasta, mozarella, cheese in general.
If you can spend a bit more at once go to an asian supermarket and buy rice in bulk if you're poor. 20kg costs 18 euro in a store near me. Peanut butter is goat if you're bulking while poor and can't eat alot of volume like me.

I'm one of those people who can't eat big. It's just an extremely cheap, just as effective protein shake basically. It's also super easy, just put it in the hatch and swallow
