So Veeky Forums overlords, i am going on my cut tomorrow and i am trying to make a decent diet. But i don't know how many carbs and fat i should eat.
I will have to eat around 1.8k kcal a day and i know for a fact atleast 140g of protein. But what about the carbs and fat?
Does someone know whats the good ratio between them or something?
