hows this for a years progress lads

I entered in 30 kg OHP for 10 reps and it estimated 1RM of 40 kg

Bullshit calculator

Nice

ohp is heavy as fuck m8

I can do 5 reps of 65kg but can barely get one rep of 70kg

im pretty sure this is impossibly fast. you either did it wrong or you are a liar

ty
ive had this sort of response a few times now. i dont get it - i was doing SL a year ago, did a sort of texas method thing over summer, and have been running candito since october (ie i basically just train for strength). why do people say you should be hitting 1/2/3/4 in a year if people are also saying what ive done, which is significantly less than that, is impossibly fast? it certainly hasnt felt fast, at least not the last few months

It is, but I can do 40 kg for 5 reps. I'd estimate my 1RM for OHP to be closer to 50 kg

bump

All World Class, good job man

Nevermind them, they are just jelaous. You did well enough, user.

Do I just kill myself now

Absolutely possible with strength training, I've made similar/slightly better progress in 8 months starting as skellymode mode

>50kg to 80kg bench
>in a fucking year

what are you even talking about lmao

>tells me pendlay row is my best lift
>it is the lift I hate the most and wish I didn't have to do it

why can't I have a good OHP instead ://

My experience is that people just do not know how to ohp properly.
I just passed the 100 score recently.

...

My 5 week of SS, although I've skipped 1 week of squating due to hurting knee.
Rate.

this calculator is awesome

Fucking Stronglifts.

I'm considering switching squats for something that targets upper body.

I started 3 months ago, how are you that much stronger than me ()

How long have you done it for?

Whyd you stop overhead pressing?

>I started 3 months ago

I started on September 2016.

This is my week 5 on SS

...

Tell me your routine, height weight and how long you lifting
I wanna be like you

How the fuck do you break the 100lb weighted pull ups plateau and the 130-145lb weighted dips plateau?

I just can't fucking break it, I have tried concurrent training, block training, more sets for less reps, pyramid, it just doesn't fucking progress

Should i try with other exercises and retry after a month or so?

>From 110lbs@6'1 to 190lbs@6'1 in 3 months

2 years serious barbell training, starting from 6'2 130 lbs skelly

You probably think it's all muscle.

I just wanna be a green boy but me bench is ass

Bench - 155x8
Squat - 245x8
OHP - 105x8
Diddly - 335x5

>tfw knee injury from work makes it so I can't do heavy weights on squat and deadlift so I just do one plate as many reps as I can until it gets sore
>tfw saw all my leg gains go
>tfw eternal curl bro

>From 110lbs@6'1 to 190lbs@6'1 in 3 months

Dont worry bro you're not alone, same here.
You should increase weight somewhat if you can do over 3x12 easily. Even thats crazy high volume

This is actually great progress, fuck the trolls. Recomp and train like a savage and you'll make it

>purple traps

>TFW 5'7''
>TFW have to keep weight below 160lbs or else fatty
>TFW numbers are always low despite lifting for 5 years dedicated

Eh. At least Im attractive.

>Not bulking with a surplus of 3100 calories per day.

>5'10"
>205lbs
>~18% bodyfat
Exactly 1 year since I started my first bulk and proper lifting routine.
First cut since I started lifting, first went down from ~190lbs to ~140lbs.
>OHP 165lbs
>Bench 265lbs
>Squat 375lbs
>Deadlift 440lbs.

Jesus christ my progress slowed down by a lot but at least I can look at myself in the mirror
