Otherwise I have porridge with yoghurt, walnuts, rasins, chia seeds, and cinnamon with berries on the side.

Big handful of spinach on the side with fresh lemon juice on it.

Glass of beetroot juice with splash of some fruit juice for flavour (pomegranate is good).

Then about half an hour later down 5 raw eggs. (if you coat your mouth by melting a square of dark chocolate in their first you don't even taste the eggs)

My local sprouts sells steal-cut oats for a dollar a pound. You can eat them raw if you soak them first but cooking them is pretty easy and I would just do that.

I eat Life cereal with nothing on it every morning. I'm definitely never gonna make it but it's so fucking yummy, I find myself looking forward to it.
