My plan is to build up to the eventual distances and reps in half a year such that I dont get any injury due to overuse and add 50 pull-ups and 50 chin-ups to the routine to make sure I dont become unbalanced.

At the moment I do:
4.5 km per day
50 squats/situps/pushups
10 pullups and chinups
