How many of these can I eat in a week and still be healthy?

be yourself

70

I eat an average of 7 a week but have never got my blood work done in awhile, I am healthy but if you want to be safe just eat 4 a week.

I ate five this morning with two servings of butter.

I eat 42 a week and am fine. C'MON!

If you're not eating 252 eggs a week you're literally killing your gains.

are these not healthy? I have been eating like 4 a day

Don't listen to these retards. You can eat four dozen eggs every morning to help you get large.

I've been on 42 a week for 3 years and there are literally no down sides, just ignore the cholestrol shills trying to get you to buy their medication

Genuinely curious, was about to make a thread myself.

Are eggs over-rated?

Dietary cholesterol has virtually no impact on your actual cholesterol levels, it's a shill that has been debunked

>Are eggs over-rated?
They're the single best food in the world for putting on muscle.

Doesn't matter how many you eat. The cholesterol in eggs does not increase your heart's cholesterol levels.

Not true at all.

I average 50 a week (5'7 110 femanon)

You mean your blood's cholesterol levels, and yes it does.

*BRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAP*

nigga as a college poorfag I sometimes only eat eggs so this hits close to home.

There were days in college where my daily food was

>an apple or two
>6 eggs, an onion, a pepper

I'm gone for work 12 hours a day and want to avoid fast food and take out, so eggs are a really convenient food
Plus, add your daily vegetables in them.

So yeah, I have an interest in this thread

>Not eating 5 dozen to be roughly the size of a barge

As many as you want.

>Are eggs over-rated?
Only if you compare them to the more expensive and nutritious turkey eggs.

>not eating 60 every day
