What is your go to dish for gains?

I make this way too much but i never get tired of it

>2 wholewheat tortillas
>Sliced chicken (can use any meat even canned tuna)
>low fat mozzarella cheese
>can of sweetcorn (sometimes i use sliced bell peppers instead)
>Drip some of your favorite meme sauce inside (i use sriracha and cholula chipotle)
>Fry on a pan on each side with olive oil until golden

With hands. They're eaten in 2 bites. I usually get the bigger boats, but all they had were the small ones.

Turkey chili.

2 lbs 94% lean turkey
1 season pack
1 large chopped up tomato
Little can of tomato paste
About 1.5 cups of black beans
Can of corn
Then I mix in brown rice when I go to eat it.

This at the moment but i need to go to a hotter sauce, this one aint doin it for me anymore.

Carbonara with veggies.
Same as normal carbonara, but when you're sauteeing the guanciale, you add in EVERYTHING, mushrooms and cabbage are staples, then it's mixed veggies and some extra meaty leftovers.
Throw the cooked pasta in, kill the flame, add eggs until it's creamy, and maybe some cheese, mix vigorously.
It never fails to pick me up, energy thru the roof.
