I'm currently doing SS with Pendlays instead of Power Cleans/Snatches, should I go back to them and if so which one should I do? I considered Power Snatches an option as due to long arms Power Cleans were a struggle, but stuck with Rows. Thoughts? Also where could I learn the Power movements?

I don't recommend that program for you. It's for early intermediate lifters. If you do it, you're not gonna have good results.
My recommendation is simply to do either Sheiko or Dietmar.

Nuckols is not good enough for someone on your level. I recommend spotoshot 2.0, or the bench portions of Sheiko (you can put them in another program if you want).

just do it after you milked some linear progression, start doing the intermediate highload and stop after your skills test in the 9th week (no need to do the peaking phase unless you compete)

Because powerlifting is a shitty abortion of a sport that fucks up two thirds of the entire competition from the fucking get-go.
Sumo shouldn't be any more legal than half squatting, and everyone who pulls sumo is an unlifting bitch. Bench press, if not just replaced with OHP, should not have a fucking "press" command mid-lift. All that leads to is WILDLY varying length of pauses. If a pause is to be enforced, the rule should simply be that the bar must clearly stop on the lifter's chest before moving upwards.
Kind of like how there isn't a "depth" command in the squat because that would be retarded.
