wear a long sleeve sweater. Its gonna fucking hurt, no way around it though. Personally I cant fucking stand back squats and front squats are hard for me to get in position for. I just treat zerchers like atlas stone training.

What kind of gains do you get from zerchers only? Thinking about doing them instead of backsquat to piss off rip-a-toad cocksuckers.

I see them more like barbell goblet/sumo squats really. I prefer getting into a wide stance when I squat, and it always felt uncomfortable when back squatting. But with zerchers you can round your upper back a bit more to compensate, whereas with back squats I would always come onto my toes.
