Mexican Stir Fry:
Steak or ground beef seasoned with taco or fajita powder.
Day old Spanish Rice
Black Beans
Bell Pepper
Onions
Garlics
Lime
Cilantro
Avocado
Egg (Optional)
Heat oil (coconut or avocado) in pan on high. When hot, add peppers and onions, stirring frequently. When they begin to soften, add meat and continue to stir fry. Before pulling, from heat add garlic and stir fry till aromatic. Pull from pan and set aside. Stir fry rice until moisture is gone and and it gets fluffy in pan. Add back veggies and meat and beans and stir to combine. Squeeze lime over and add cilantro to taste. Stir to combine. Pull from heat and serve with avocado and/or an over medium egg. If you want dairy, add a dollop of sour cream or yogurt but I usually skip the cheese.

I got sick of making tuna sandwiches, so I started dumping the tuna and the mayo into a bowl of rice. Delicious.

That sounds disgusting unless you are using a higher-quality or homemade mayo.

for pretty much any green frozen vegetable you make them taste really good by adding melted butter , fresh lemon juice & salt. you can also use other citrus juices.

Beans have carbohydrates but a good proportion is fiber which you obviously don't really get nutrients from.
Kidney beans are most definitely approved. Beans are an incredible, cheap way to get protein, carbs, and fiber. You can do a lot with beans. Don't neglect starch/grain though if you're bulking. You need to get enough carbs to have the energy to do your lifts while bulking otherwise it's going to all turn into fat. I recommend brown rice.

Protip: if you're getting a lot of gas from beans, sprinkle on some Japanese sea weed seasoning. Really neutralizes the gas.
