• Microcycle 1 – find 100% max single for each lift, full assistance work, 75% for MSM's for 3-5 reps.
• Microcycle 2 – work up to, or slightly above 90% of the previous microcycle for a single, commands for benches, full assistance, 75% for MSM's for 3-5 reps.

i know you all only use GBPF records/results, but most of us outside of it only look at neilside as its everyones results, the feds wont merge but the lifters are acknowledging that just cause its a record in your fed doesnt mean there isnt someone better
and dont get me started on single lift records being lower than the equivalent full power

yeah its fucking impressive with all things considered, even if he is on gear, its going to be a much smaller and less helpful protocol, he cant blast into a comp and take a ton of orals, plus lower bodyweight and 2hr weigh in
