I've been bulking and working out 5 days a week all winter and this is all I get.

Progress or no?

...

You look great dude, jelly of your chest inserts. It seems like you are at a great body fat percentage too, just keep it up. Do some deadlifts though.

well you gotta show a before pic to see if you've progressed
but you look great

you have aesthetic inserts

I do deadliftI mean am I gettingg there

Bump

...

yeah ur upper body looks good but lets see legs. I got a feeling you skipped leg day
>muh arm gain
>chicken leg
>mfw

No longer taking pics but I definitely don't skip leg day. I hit legs twice a week once heavy once light.

What are inserts?

Muscle insertions, they determine how your muscles will look when developing, and is basically a genetic variable

Oh okay

Haha mfw
>the gains are there just believe me

Look at first pic, clearly works legs

what's your issue? the guy is just asking for constructive criticism

Best I'll do

Oops

We can't determine your progress if we can't see what you looked like before winter.
You have a nice body frame, though.

This is the only old picture I have and you can barely see anything

If you were mildly athletic already and just started lifting the last few months, it's a fine progress.

Keep at it m8.

Thanks bud lol at the gif

height and weight?

You look good m8.
What was the ROUTINE?

6'0"
165-170

Chest
Back and arms
Legs
Chest shoulders
Calves and other random muscle day

That isn't strict though. Some days I would combine chest and back etc

Thanks. What about rep ranges and rest times?

I do heavy on mondays so 4-6 reps and 8-12 reps the other days. And I rest 1 minute between sets and 3-5 minutes between workouts

How very fucking convenient

Ayylmao

See

How much narn do you slay on a daily?
jelly.

The only thing good I see here is you're chest insertions also I'm mirin the chicken legs desu

Legs =/= flexing calves a lot

Pretty good if you've only been lifting 5 months. What are your lifts?
