Sure, if you're trying to get ABSOLUTE maximum protein per gram of powder, go myprotein, but you're paying for it. Just take another scoop on ON Whey, who the fuck cares. 100 calories is not going to fuck up your diet, or else you'd be messing around with the rest of your diet to adjust and meet demands/goals anyway.

Protein powder is a convenience SUPPLEMENT. Get the rest of your diet straight, then buy the stuff if you find yourself running out of time (and you will if you're lifting seriously enough and doing it for long enough).
