>stock simulation in school competing with all high schools in state >ranks are public so everyone gets pretty competitive to impress teacher and classmates >get first place in the ranks >change my display name to "BM Mutual Fund [$20]" >charge $20 to kids around my state and I'd manage their portfolios >Literally investing in hundreds of kids accounts and making good money doing it >Teachers get sketchy because an influx of kids portfolios are now suspiciously high >teachers find out it leads to me and I'm doing the simulation for kids >get suspended
At least I got to keep my money lol
Dominic Mitchell
keep it up and everyone here will be working for you. this is the real moneymaker attitude. stick to this man you have a lot of potential if you're not roleplaying.
William Jones
whats the program called
James Ross
You can probably make a big deal and give bad press for the ones who suspended you.
Under what contract or terms did it say you're not allowed to solicit any types of service? I remember seeing classmates sell candy bars all day on campus when I was in highschool.
I myself use to sell skateboard decks that I designed. Fuck them.
Jacob Anderson
If they're not students at your own school then it's not legal for them to suspend you..... what the hell?
Joseph Morgan
It's a private school. They can kick you for whatever. And they said it was "cheating" since the simulation was for a class (economics)
Benjamin Miller
This. Schools have rules against helping other students cheat but there's nothing stopping you from helping students from other schools, and although solicitation on campus might not be "legal" there's nothing stopping you from doing it on your own time.
Joshua Perez
you aren't allowed to buy securities if you aren't 18.
you also aren't allowed to buy them with other peoples money unless the government licenses you for it.
nice larp
Jose Thomas
Again, 2 things.
The first is that you should have denied the whole thing. The second is that if the students you helped didn't attend the same school as you they have no grounds to suspend you.
I was suspended from middle school and university by the way, but still graduated and did pretty well. In high school I used to sell answers to tests from a certain teacher because I knew how to get them. Now that was bad and the teacher found out but couldn't prove it was me.
Deny everything.
Jonathan Peterson
High schools have simulated stock buying contests all the time. Mine had the same thing.
It's all on paper. It's funny that students gave a shit enough to pay you for it though. In my case, I just didn't care since grades were the same.
Luis Reyes
Its a simulation
People pay him 20$ to manage their accounts on the simulation, he ddnt make any money of stocks
He goes to a private school prob a mill for top business schools which may be why the kids are so desperate 2 do good
Blake Lewis
>nice larp before trying to sound smart you might want to actually read the thread idiot
>what is a simulation??
also
>implying im not 18
Some of the students did and I probably shouldve denied everything but a lot of people were talking about it and everyone pretty much knew it was me
Nathan Ross
>prob a mill for top business schools lol. I graduated from Wharton and I hate every single kid that came from an "ivy league farm."
Jeremiah Foster
Not even larping but years back I got first out of all the schools in my county. Didn't do well enough to beat state or anything I believe. The bulk of my gains came from essentially buying the rumor and selling before the news on drug companies. The one I got the biggest pump from literally peaked after and never ever recovered. Then went on to work as an analyst for a fund years after that. It's like I've been preparing my whole life to become a degenerate crypto gambler.

underage b&
Evan Price
you're right, you can't be 18 in senior year
> It's funny that students gave a shit enough to pay you for it though. In my case, I just didn't care since grades were the same. lol I found this funny too, but like the other user said it's a private school so kids take stuff like this very seriously
James Myers
explain your methodology then
Kayden Young
what? you mean how i grew these kids portfolios?
Oliver Watson
What part of simulation do you not understand?
Dylan Cooper
I got suspended for climbing into the ceiling space of the school hall and spitting through the vents onto students below me I'm pretty proud of it
Ethan Williams
I got suspended from middle school for writing a porn script starring a bunch of students I knew and distributing it to half the school on paper. It had pictures too but only for comedic effect.
Everyone in the story thought it was funny but some fat bitch who wasn't even involved got upset and brought it to the principal.
Julian Jenkins
Once I opened a casino on the back of my classroom. I was a scholarship kid in a big private school in my state, Started with 5 and 10 coins, and soon we had all the rich kids throwing 10 and even 50 bills sometimes. Back in high school putting that amount of money on a table was like betting 10 grand.
We run a complex scheme, with guards to see when teachers appeared, even chicks that used to make out with guys that won bets. An average table on those games went from $20 to $400. Big money for someone my age.
Eventually, people found out, and in my country betting is a crime. But as I was the best student in school people didn't do shit.
Never got suspended. Got almost one grand from betting and getting change for players.
Evan Butler
I did something similar as well but was pictures and I had to see counsellor for a month over it
John Reed
Back in high school some bitch shut a door into my face so I shoved her into a wall and fractured her arm
1 day in class suspension spent playing Osu got head prefect the next year anyway no ragrits
Nathaniel Hernandez
When was this btw, did you ride the MNKD wave? that was a fun one
