DEADLIFT FORM CHECK SOMEONE FUCKING HELP ME BEFORE I HERNIATE A DISC

I have just incorporated deadlifts into my routine after about 3 months of solid lifting, so i'm currently starting with 1 plate so I don't snap my shit up. I thought I could do 205 easily and once I tried that, my back rounds even more than this picture and I feel a pain in my lower back to the left of the small in my back as I set the bar back down, so I deloaded and will work my way up from 135.

The problem is this is the best starting position I can manage for this lift. I do not wear any shoes for this lift, I try and lift my chest up and arch my back, but I cannot seem to get rid of the rounding. Is this a problem? How do I fix this? I watched Thralls video and he said to do romanian deadlifts because my back rounding was a result of weak hamstrings, and I would imagine that's the case as I seem to have butt wink in this picture. I also have scoliosis if that matters, but not extreme.

Someone please help me, I really want to do deadlifts but it's pretty discouraging when I can't even get the starting position right on such a low weight. Will I ever be flexible enough to perform these without snapping my shit up?

Use your lats by rotating your elbows inward before pulling. Alternatively pretend someone is trying to tickle your armpits and you don't want them to. That should help fix your rounding but it's hard to know exactly what your problem is without a video.

A few other questions if anyone cares to answer: After each rep, are you supposed to pause in the starting position to rebrace your core and tighten back up before you do another rep? Also, what is the correct breathing pattern I should be using?

Look up chris duffin bracing, that will teach you to breath. Yes you should pause, never touch and go a dl

You can either touch and go which will let you get more reps in or fully reset between each rep. Since you're new to the movement, reset after each rep so you don't compromise position.

Breathe into your belly, push out with your abs. A belt helps with this bracing significantly.

Can pretty much guarantee you're trying to get your back too upright. Don't fear the horizontal back.

I did it. LTEs on days 1+3, DB flyes on day 2, curls 2-3x a week. Add in rows /chins where you see fit, I basically just did TM with chin ups for pulls.

170kg bench press attempts and a 165kg made bench press

I got some tightness in my gluteus medius/upper butt check/deep in the lower half off my butt check and pain. It used be like sciatic paining and occasionally is.

I went to a physio and he massaged it a few times and went to the doctors. My lower back is fine. No issue with my discs. I have been stretching my piriformis, and even digging into that area with a golf ball. I have stretched my hamstrings. I took weeks off. But when I come back to squatting. It hurts. I believe it happened when I was front squatting high frequency. But whenever I climb up to a high weight it hurts. It's like a sharp stabbing pain in my ass. Especially when I am about to finish my rep (extend my hips) and it also hurts down in the bottom as I'm coming up.

Sometimes if I do try it hurts way too much to continue squatting. Pain goes away after a while. Tried this off and on. Even tried some ibuprofen. I've tried both high bar and low bar squatting. Low bar looked like it solved the issue but it came back.
