2 years and still a fat lard. What a waste of time

those time lengths can't be right

if you're already cutting, why not go 8% and clean bulk? do the extra mile you moron

>no one to take pic for him
>sold gf for 5%er supplements

what the fuck were you doing for that first year?

could have cut and lifted for a year and looked better than you do now.

Nice bait bro

No pics here but I've lost 19lbs and pretty pleased with that

Picture is outdated by a couple of months.
Went from 168-150lbs, 5'10.

A year of BWF only. never been in a gym in my life.

In the first pic I was flexing lmfao. how embarrassing.
Second pic, no pump, not flexing.

Child bearing hips.

congratz, you learned how to stand closer to the mirror

why not just close the toilet lid so the stench from your shit doesnt infect the whole bathroom?

this hits way too close home tbqh

Is there a way to lose 8-10kg in 10 days?

fucking kek

cut off part of a limb

OP you still look like an utter fat body

Yeah you're right, I actually took this picture on the same day, fukn stupid squid
yeh really tho.....
Sorry dad

skinnyfattransformation.com
?

google says there's a few diets but I don't know how realistic they are.
if this is for competition, remember you can dehydrate

Chest, delts and lats look a lot better man. If you through in some weight training you'll probably look great in a year's time keep it up

Thanks man.
I'm kinda scared of getting in to weights cause im not sure what to do... What would you recommend for additional weight training?

recovering skelly

lookin good man, went from wide hipped cuck to normal (in a good way)

keep lifting bro!

2 years, 6'2" 260lbs to 175lbs
Pls no bully, I know I have huge nips

well done. how long have you been training and what was/is your weight and current lifts?

Looks good but chest is maybe a bit smaller compared to your arms

Damn, two years of lifting and you look like *THAT*

Shit chest genetics, finding them really difficult to grow. 147pounds up to 168 from 6 months and aiming for 182 next

shit man there's a limit at how built you can get it's time to bulk up.

Is that guy legit?

imagine if you spent a year in the gym instead and eating properly

>no before pic
>7 month to 1 year looks literally the same
>5 months for literally no change

what in the fug

He'd look like the guy in OP

natty

Of course

9 times out of 10 the people who mention that they are natty without being asked aren't natty

Details

holy shit man, that looks great
the wide hips disappeared

you just gave me a lot of confidence

>what would you suggest?
Reading the sticky.

6 mo, lifting owns

well this is that one time. not bad right

Can anyone tell me what macros % and calories did they eat per day going from 200 to 160/180?

This is assuming lifting while losing weight and walking at least 10k steps a day.

This is me, I ate between 1200 and 1500 getting at least 1g/lb protein and the carbs and fats were the rest in no particular ratio

Which BWFs did you follow?

dem birthing hips, nice progress tho

lookin THICC

can't really tell what you looked like before, dont look that fat to me in either pic

noice

look good but progress seems stagnant

How is it possible that you gain so much Muscle only with Badmington, Wolrd Federation. That's a lie!

whats ur routine and why 2013 no pics?

Left pic: Nov. 5, 148lb
Right pic: Jan. 30, 164lb

I'm happy with my results so far. I wanna gain another 10lb before I do a small cut, but I'm looking forward to it.

Then i'd be 900$ poorer
Thanks dude ^_^
The /r/bodyweightfitness recommended routine XD

That seems way too low. Especially for how much protein you need, and if you're lifting and walking a lot..

I always feel hungry at at 1500 so I just go to 2k. I lift daily though

bump

doing a 3on 1off split atm

chest/biceps
back/triceps
legs/shoulders

I'm pretty inconsistent with what exercises I actually do. just have a few staples (BP,squat, etc) and then I'll do a few accessory exercises depending on how much time i have and what is actually available if gym is packed

and the 2013 thing iono, wasn't meant to be a journal or anything lol. also I wasnt much of a narcissist yet.

; ; must.... have greater discipline

is this office chair belly

fucking hell

Mirin the phone gains breh

I post mine pretty often, but here it is again.

225-180 (currently 175)

The most important gains you made were the height gains. How old where you between pic 1 and 2?

Did mostly bodyweight training and tabata and IF.
But since december of last year I've gone into maintenance or slightly over along with calisthenics+curlbro routine.

Ottermode+curlbro Dadbod might be the best mode for me.

18, still pretty short lol

Whoa you went back in time?

>dat tub chub
>dose abs
>dat fucking 2/1 lats/waist width ratio

do you do the circus?

solid, keep at it friend.. Get on keto or paleo diet.. Get that body fat off, you will look like a beast.

kEk

...fuck.

Thanks I guess.
I've always been able to carry fat fairly well.
And no, but I do like more advanced calisthenics movements.

Thanks. I'm going to do a PSMF fast pretty soon. Right now I'm trying to feel out my diet, maintain and put on a bit more muscle mass before I do another hard cut.

i forgot my before pic so just pretend im skinny fat

Go ahead and roast me fags. I'll use it for motivation.
>my love handles are really pissing me off

Progress from prev pic

You've made progress and show some form now which is likely from you gaining some muscle under all that fat. Keep going m8

No plans on stopping. Ever best lifestyle change I've ever made.

The difference between picture 1 and 2 is massive. Can't really say I see improvement between 2 and 3. Maybe get back to what you were doing then?
For that pouch on your belly you might want to look into yohimbine

I saved your pic. This is my new goal

nice penis
>time: 04:20
noice.

Wrists are still skinny. Same problem with me. Aint no meat on bones.

5'10.

did you do only 1 cycle for that or multiple ?

Was really stoked about this stuff until I read about the side effects...

I'll manage without though, will be posting progress pic soon

whats your IF routine?

>Guaranteed gear.

We can tell, Pajeet.

3 years since first picture
6ft, 185lb

Did you stay under 2000 cals a day?

Why are making fun of that guy, OP? Post YOUR pic so we can laugh at you

before at 1/7/17. 225lb.

Love the fact that you almost lost the child-bearing hips. Keep it up.

After two days ago. 200.

Fuck wrong pic lol

Yeah I really regret not taking any pics when I started, I honestly didn't think I would succeed so I didn't bother, and I never really had a lot of pictures of myself anywhere because I hated the way I looked.I was fat as fuck tho

This has to be troll bait. You could get that much progress in 4-6 weeks.

It's all about them face gains bruh.
Good job!

Im not sure. I counted calories for like a week and got bored of that. I kinda just ate whatever

You're right on track bro! Don't you dare fucking stop!

Why is the water running?

You know it man! Kinda want the face gains sooner though;-;

You probably won't notice significant face gains until you're below 20% body fat.
One day you will look in the mirror and be like, "Hello cheek bones. Good to see you again!"

That'll be a treat. Im suppose to do body measurements tomorrow. Pretty stoked to update the monthly measurements.

Good. We will be expecting you here tomorrow.

Noted

Could you post your workout plan, pls thanks love you no homo though

I actually put on about 10 pounds
between 2 and 3.

And yeah, I've heard about it. It's supposed to be pretty good. But I believe that I'm not at a bodfat level low enough to fully take advantage of it.

Nothing fancy.
Drank a cup of black coffee in the morning, drank up to and over a gallon of water a day.
Eat once a day but make sure I got all of my macros little in the way of excess carbs unless I worked out immediately before I ate.
Only eat home cooked meals.
Saturdays I usually ate at maintenance and anything I wanted but I stayed away from empty carbs.

Every few weeks or whenever the diet started to feel like an utter slog I'd eat at maintenance and throw in some more junkfoods. Usually some sugary snack.
