I would say this is reasonable and balanced. If you're hitting this for reps, then you are already very impressive

0.8/1.2/2.2/2.6 reporting in. I think I'm going to have most trouble with BP, gains are really slow there for me. I've only been able to add 20 pounds over the last 3 months. Its weird too, cause aesthetically, I have some pretty large pecs. Any suggestions on boosting BP gains?

Hey I would be happy to have those numbers! I've been lifting a year and a half and not quite there yet.

If your chest is disproportionate to triceps, do some tricep work, like close grip bench and skull crushers. Try a wider grip when benching, I noticed a lot of novice lifters use a narrow grip.

when you say 1/2/3/4, is it for 1 rep? 5 reps? 8-10?

I do dips and flys in addition to BP, sometimes skull crushers too. I guess I should ratchet up the skull crushers. How do I know if these two muscle groups are out of whack? I usually do 70 lbs on skullcrushers and 40 lbs dumbells on flys, is this out of whack?
Also, I bench with my hands just a touch wider than shoulders. Is this proper form?

Since we all know that 1/2/3/4 is the holy grail(tm) of (((liniarity and balance))), i hereby present the formula of aesthethics:
(In plates)
1/2/3/4 = (1/2)/(3/4) = 0.666 (DEVILISH)
So:
(OHP/Bench)/(Squat/DL) = 0.666

This means, that to archieve aesthetics in shortest amount of time, ignore squats and dl and concentrate on (Ohp/bench) = 0.6667.

Example: Chad Thundercock
(2/3/0/0) = 0.6667

I have been making gains in other areas, so I assume its because I have been neglecting squats.

Followed Blaha's ICF for a few months, starting fucking around a bit, then recently(3 weeks ago) started following Joe DeFrancos Westside for skinny bastards+cardio, which I think has started gains again. I am cutting at 300-500 cal depending on the day.
