At least as far as Veeky Forums is concerned I would probably fall under this. I literally only run long distance and do bodyweight postures (I also do a negligible amount of pullups and chinups).

I mainly do weighted pull ups and dips, with some dumbbell/accessory work thrown in as needed. 2-3x per week with cardio. Riding the bulk train hard.

Mostly yogic asana sequences lasting anywhere from 30 mins to 90 mins. I also practice prana yama most times, but the two are the only components of yoga I take seriously. Sometimes I will do a deeper, fully considered practice but that is relatively rare.

For reference I also run anywhere from 25 to 90 miles per week (depending on where I am with the progression of my training - right now I am training for a half marathon and am around 40-45 miles per week). I also do 5-10 pullups and 5-10 chinups after every yogic sequence just to make sure I have some level of isometric development in my arms (bcuz all those downdogs).

To be fair, I'm barely out of my teenage years.

I don't know if that would work for everyone, but it works for me (also I don't do pushups in the strictest sense of the term).

What gripes me about lifting at the gym is it targets specific muscle groups while labor and sports seem to enhance every muscle in the body giving this nice, natural, square shape with perfect proportions.

It comes from years of doing the sport. Your body ramps up the size of your bones, you have crazy huge finger muscles (relatively), and callouses build up too.
