Inov8 235. This one and its older model are the best shoes I have ever owned. And I have a lot of shoes. The older models were a bit better looking, but as for feel, feels like afoot extension. They are minimalist with zero heel drop so perfect for plyo and anything up to squat, which then I use Adipowers.

Nike free flyknits for anything else, look amazing, comfy and nice to walk in.

Why would you want to have only one shoe? Get one pair of casuals for school/work and another pair of lifting shoes (e.g. Adidas Powerlift). And then maybe some running shoes for running, some dress shoes for occasions
