I usually eat 800kcal in my first meal and 600 in the second one and feel hungry all the time. I don't understand you skellies.

2 for 2 breakfast burritos are 600 calories together, I can't phathom how you do under 1000. Even most ramen cups are around 500 each

Breakfast sammich is 2 eggs, wheat bread, cheese, and some raisin bran with a cup of milk poured in. Shake is choco banana whey, 2 scoops mixed with water. Dinner is whatever the fuck gets me 1,200. Hell, maybe another sammich and a protein bar.

you know even a 4'5 tall 70lb midget female needs more than 1000 kcal to maintain weight even if they just do absolutely nothing at all throughout the day other than sit still

5'10 male at 100lbs needs around 1700kcal, for every added 20lbs of bodyweight you need ~120kcal more daily to maintain so at 200lb you'd be at around 2300kcal daily calorie consumption

I eat the same breakfast and lunch every single day.

breakfast: 4 eggs, 1 banana, 1 bagel
Lunch: 1/2 cup of rice, 1/4 cup of chicken, apple

dinner is usually some kind of vegetable with chicken.

Not him but I used to eat about 1000-1500 calories per day when I was a skeleton.

I'd never have breakfast. At lunch I'd have a sandwich which is like 350 calories and then for dinner I'd have a few slices of pizza or pot noodles or whatever.

I just wasn't hungry ever. I smoked a pack a day though which really suppresses your appetite. After I quit smoking and started lifting I packed on the pounds.

As unhealthy as it is, smoking is an incredibly effective weight loss method.

Bagels have a ton of calories.

A normal bagel is 400 calories before you put anything on it. Lower counts are for those 3 inch mini bagles.

Half a cup of rice is 320 calories, 4 eggs is 300 calories.

We'vereached a thousand calories without touching your dinner or finishing either breakfast or lunch.

I just checked the calories per serving of the food I have

1/4 cup of brown rice is 140 cal
2 ounces of chicken is 80 cal
8 ounces of milk is 80 cal

I eat 40 ounces of chicken a day and a cup of rice a day, with a 48 ounces of milk a day on maintenance, and I'm still hungry all the time. That's 2500 kcal right there fyi. That's three meals. I am so jelly of you skellies that can eat like a bunny and feel full.
