i literally could not do it
only started going to the gym properly 6 times a week after i had finished school

Just eat healthy and wait until you have more free time. Trying to workout exhausted is a recipe for injury.

I've been having a lot of trouble making time for the gym so I just do body weight stuff at home since it is less time consuming without that transit time. Maybe it won't make me the sickest gains but at least my blood is flowing this way.

This is what I've been doing for the most part at home. Even though as you mentioned no real gains are being made, but it's all I can force out of myself.

Are you mentally exhausted or physically exhausted? If mentally you need to make gym a habit and plan your time better. If physically wait until you have more time in your life

You're working and going to school. You're not going to have time for anything else.

Anyone here who says otherwise is just being a nit-picking cunt.

t. I only go to school and lift, and this still leaves me with very little time, I can't imagine WORKING on top of it.

Now here's where some Veeky Forums retard replies to me saying how he worked 5 jobs and did 4 degrees all while lifting 4 hours a day, because you know, it's Veeky Forums.

>too tired

It's like you've never even heard of sips.

A bit of both, I work alone in a coffeeshop in a small town that keeps busy in the morning, then have 30 mins to grab a bite before I have two classes back to back. It's rough but I waited too long to get back into school so I'm trying to catch up.

This.

S I P B O Y S

Yeah it's been pretty rough, I think I'll have to stick with body weight at home as mentioned. Hopefully I can get back into the gym without having lost too much.

This post is absolute bullshit, I had many part time jobs all throughout university while making the time to go the gym 5 days a week.
You just have to cut out shit like lengthy meals and watching TV.
Also, if you're wondering, I quadruple majored in Biomedical Engineering, Thoeretical Physics, Toxicology, and Finance.

These

Just start lifting when you finish school or get fired from your job.

None of that is physically exhausting, it is all in your head

this is the truth

between school (mech eng, aero eng dual) and lifting i don't have a lot of time

if i had to work as well something would have to give, i would have to lower my credit hours, or lift less, or my grades would go to shit

I work twelve hours a day, six days a week, so I really didn't get into fitness until I invested in a home gym.

I only barely have time even though I lift in my garage because my job makes my day so short.

>too tired

I feel you brother. After a 12 hour shift I barely have time to workout and eat dinner then it's basically bed time

Physical labor job here, I pull 12 hours regularly, your issue is you don't eat enough, it'll give you energy.

This.

>tfw physical labour kills my appetite
I'm off for school now, thank god my parents let me live with them, but how do you do it? Eat nuts?

You dont need a gym membership to get in shape. do push ups and situps during your breaks throughout the day. On your lunch do a bit of cardio. Human body can stand only getting 4 hours of sleep for a couple of days. rest on the weekends and youre on your way

amphetamines

>Wake up 7:30am
>Wageslave till 5:30pm
>Have to take shower because smell like shit physical job
>Still workout 6 days a week
>7 if i feel like it

Granted i have slightly more time than you do but im sure you could squeeze 3 days a week gym there. Or get home gym
