So I made a bet with my little sister a couple months ago (summer) that she couldnt outrun me around the block. I bet 100 bucks on it and now it came back up, my parents realizing that I never held up my end of the bet, and now I need to pay.

you are a very average person who may have run track in high school, but a year after you got out the only times you ran were for the bus and the occasional jog once a fortnight. within a couple months of your last high school track meet your cardiovascular health has returned to pre-running levels, but your perception of your physical health did not change. face the reality: you are now a DYEL (do you even lift) and you will be beat by younger DYELs, unless you are genetically gifted (tip: statistically, you are not, no matter how much you think so. again, self bias)
take this as a wake up call and start training, or at least understand your current declining physical state and stop making bets with children.
