Reminder I don't make any gains if I don't bench at least 3 times a week. I could squat once a week and still be fine, but the moment I lower my bench volume it goes to shit.

If your form is actually good, then train explosive lower body work. Jumps, plyos, etc.

Yep. Clarence is pretty much a powerlifter now, just focusing on his squat and bench and deadlifting every now and then.
He barely does the olympic lifts at all anymore, since they aggravate his knees and he found all he needs to progress on them is the squat.

I don't know, I don't have a scale. I've definitely gotten leaner and smaller though, and workouts have been getting heavier in the last couple of weeks.
