Well, Veeky Forums?
>the perfect Veeky Forums food is ants on a log

Well, Veeky Forums?
It's peanut butter, celery and raisins. Not great for cutting and not great for bulking.
what a fun guy you are
>has protein
you're the special kind of retard who thinks lentils are "high in protein" even though more than 2/3 of the calories in them come from carbs, aren't you?
>has protein
an incomplete protein, and not very much of it
>it's filling
no
>tastes good
yeah
normie food confirmed
>raisins
Little sugar bombs. Nothing more
>celery
Basically salty water with some insoluble fiber.
>peanut butter
High fat, low (incomplete) protein.
I admit they're tasty and fun, but they're not really a Veeky Forums snack in the strict sense.
No the ultimate/fit/ food specifically of the bulking sub genre is shit on a shingle.
>love PB
>love raisins
>celery is celery and impossible to feel either way about it
But I can't bring myself to eat those things. I'm repulsed by th combination.
Celery is the worst fucking food I've ever had the displeasure of shoving down my throat. It's disgusting.
poor b8m8
>ants moved into dorm room
>ant one for a joke
>I liked the taste of the formic acid
>notice they're drawn to protein powder
>place some with a bit of water in it to make it smell stronger and be sticky over night
>have brotein shake in the morning
>hundreds of ants with that spicy taste go down my throat
feels good man
Did you vomit on a piece of bread?
Thanks now I have to eat ants
penut butter a shit
almond butter is love , is life , is best
Yeah true.
Obviously you can do worse....
That was an unironic and sincere post. I like eating ants and I have a colony under my tiles. I love eating those little niggers.
Don't hate user, SOS is tip top S tier.
This. I bought some crunchy almond butter a while back and I literally can't go back to regular peanut butter.
Raisins are the devil's testicles
Why are they ants on a log? Those are some huge ants if that's a log.
Why not call them frogs on a log?
God I've always hated this meme.
When I first started taking my diet seriously about 10 or so months ago I stocked up on a lot of beans expecting loads of protein, only to find that I was getting like 7g per serving with 23g of carbs.
They're good as carb sources with some protein bonus but they're no fuckin' chicken or greek yogurt or cottage cheese.
Soybeans, nigga. They have almost twice as much protein as they do carbs.
>wanting bitchtits
>le soy gives you tits meme
>33% protein calories
So a bunch of fat instead?
are you 5 years old? Go to bed, you've got kindergarden tomorrow
It's sausage gravy, fool.
Better safe than sorry gynofag
Agreed. It fucking grinds my gears when people say stupid shit like that. Saying nuts have high protein or are good for cutting is another
>shit on a shingle
I thought my dad and grandpa were the only ones to say this
it's a restaurant thing from the 50s
It actually comes from the army, way back when they had the hard tack shit instead of MRE's and spread gravy over it to make it bearable
>1 cup greek yogurt
>2 scoops protein powder
>1 tbsp chunky peanut butter
mix thoroughly.
peanut butter protein pudding.
and it's delicious.
>you can't find a better Veeky Forums food
>Makes a retarded thread
>Everyone can see it's either dates or some sort of a dry fruit
>Call him out on his bullshit
>Hurr, you must be fun at parties amirite? ;P
Kys you fucking retard
found the retards who cant do basic research and fall for meme diets
>muh 1g/lb protein
a 1lb bag of dried beans or lentils has about 1000 calories and 100 grams of protein. eating that much of anything is a bitch but that's not the point, those foods have great nutrition profiles
>processed ham
>romaine
Eat a real salad with kale/spinach/chard mix, eggs, walnuts and soybeans.
>a 1lb bag
wolframalpha.com
1583 calories, 115 grams of protein
>>muh 1g/lb protein
jn.nutrition.org
>The Estimated Average Requirement (EAR) of protein and the upper 95% CI RDA for these young male bodybuilders were 1.7 and 2.2 g ā
kgā1 ā
dā1, respectively.
This is based on the reference protein, egg white, which has PDCAAS of 1 while cooked lentils are .52 thus 3.26 & 4.23 g/kg
Probably higher actually. Unlikely it's constant over such massive fiber intakes
>almond butter
I'm allergic as fuck to almonds, whats a good alternative?
>I admit they're tasty and fun
>fun
7 year old confirmed
By weight peanut butter has higher protein than tuna
26g/100g versus 25g/100g
I'm sorry that you can't enjoy the little things in life user.
