6'0 150 lbs, been subsisting mostly off of kale, fiber one with almond milk and coco powder, celery with peanut butter, and chicken tiddy.

I'm 165 on the dot, where I've stalled out the past couple weeks due to weekend beer fests that kept screwing up my progress. Now I'm cutting booze out to focus on the cut.

My goal is to reach the physique you're at now in 1 or more likely 2 years. Do you recommend cutting down to OP's BF% or start the bulk process sooner? I figure if it only takes another 4-8 weeks or so I would rather get lean and then bulk slowly.

I guess it depends on how you deal with cutting. I hate cutting. Being on a caloric deficit for too long fucks up by sense of humour and makes me feel miserable. I can honestly say I'd never cut down to OP's level unless I was getting paid to do it. Never went that low bf% so to answer your question no I wouldn't recommend it because you don't need to go through that to get where I am right now.

I know all the delusional autists on this board think I look like shit, but I get laid consistently and hit 1/2/3/4 recently. I know, I know, my physique is a bit fucked up right now but I've got everything under control.
I have some weird pec insertions so I can't really do much to fix them.
I never really gave arms enough attention before. I was half squatting for the first 5 months. And recently my legs got put on hold for about a month because I fucked up my ankle.
Also, I keep telling myself I'm gonna start training abs on rest days but I keep putting it off. I'm just gonna throw ab stuff at the end of my leg days.
