So, I'm too autistic and self-conscious to go to the gym, and I live in a tiny studio apartment and am too poor-fag to buy equipment, so I work out Rocky IV mode.
I do dumbbell bench presses while laying on a table for example.
I never had a barbell but I took apart my microwave stand and one of the main support beams is pretty sturdy and just big enough to fit my weights on it.
The only problem is that it's only like half as long as one of those olympic barbells, if that.
Is it still good to use? Or will the closer hand-spacing just fuck me up?
