SO pulled my back Friday deadlifting. Felt multiple pops mid spine and put the weight down, stood up straight and had trouble breathing. Any position other than hunched over was extremely uncomfortable. I stretched out and put heat on it the past couple days but it's still pretty sore in certain positions, mainly bending to the side.. I'm supposed to deadlift tomorrow and was wondering if I should risk it while wearing a belt/lower weight or just skip deads tomorrow and wait until Friday again.
