you won't see shit for the first month or two. try again in 1 year
Quite the opposite. That haircut looks worse.
Why does bathroom look like youre really poor? What you do for a living?
i like your cat op
Have you been keeping track of your lifts? Or your weight? Or fuckin anything?
If you have, then check out those numbers. If they're doing what you want, then you've made progress.
If you haven't, then you've probably made lame progress compared to what you could have done.
>30 days
>still numale
post more kitty pictures
this
you seem to be getting more pussy but you look exactly the same
mirin cat
Your cat loves you just the way you are, user. Never forget that.
Student w/ 3 flatmates, am really poor.
Been keeping track and I'm making progress. Don't have much of an end goal though.
...
now you have a goal
How old is catter?
best thread on Veeky Forums right now
You won't for awhile, if your goal right now is to gain weight work on that. At some point you'll hopefully start to establish where you want to go, maybe find a sport or decide to push weights further. If you just lift for health, strength and wellness you don't really need a goal though.
OP needs to reply moar.
She's like 6 months or so, raised her from a kitten
busy finding my cat pics
Thanks, I'm really just going for health, strength, and wellness right now I guess. Doing a lot of cardio to train for a long hike makes gaining weight tough.
you can probably sell this picture to a stock pic website.
Holy fuck it's cute
>30 days
does it seem like a reasonable time?
>protip: it absolutely does not
i love you op
oh my god
You can get a cat in 30 days, yeah I'd say it's feasible.
Love you too, friend.
eat more but looking good
Would you happen to be Scandinavian?
That was a long shower
nice cat, definitively an improvement
American, roots are mostly German and English
which picture is after?
god damn dark boards are ugly
What improvement? You look the same.
You look like you went and got a haircut, took a shower, and then took another picture.
mirin tf out of cat
You're still a skelly and cats are fucking shit.
Pls post more pics of your cat
nah dude. I'm at 2 and a half weeks and my biceps alone have almost doubled in size
you need to lift more
this
It took you *that* long to comb your hair back?
try with 3 month intervals OP
i bet you'll still look like shit though if you're posting dumb shit like this.
no progress but show more cat mate
hahaahah
30 days.. haha great meme that was,
>mfw based cat
yeah i agree
Thanks for posting that
Also don't worry, you will notice gains after 3 months, people around you after 9 months
Just keep it up
Quit shaving your fucking chest you milk drinking faggot, maybe consider getting a real haircut and bathing so long as you're working towards improving.
While we're on the topic of improvement; it's a constant fucking process. If you're already seeking validation on fucking Veeky Forums of all places you are most certainly not going to fucking make it.
Do your fucking homework and actually look into building mass instead of lifting shit and expecting the muscle to magically build from all of that fucking nothing you're eating.
Cute cat.
~18 days, biceps doubling in size. I bet you smell like dried spit and cheetos. Top kek
You look like Reviewbrah.
Is it true that you aren't meant to see any gains within the first month?
I looked noticeably different within 2 weeks. Am I just a snowflake?
I've gained 6kg since I started bulking 1st january and I can't see any gains
How's your cardio? I've been running for a minimum of 40 minutes a day, along with things like planks and basic pull ups, and a shitload of skipping
In my first month, I barely gained any weight, but looked noticeably different. Even dressed
Try not running for 40 minutes a day while you are trying to gain weight and still new. Later you can implement cardio as you get closer to your desired weight, or as you see it progressing.
i do bjj for cardio
I'm happy I'm gaining weight but no visible gains
I'm not trying to gain weight, I'm trying to make efficient muscles. The endurance is more important
for boxing
