How realistic you think this is?

Why is your upper body so much stronger than your lower, 275 squat and 250lb bench seems strange.

Recovering high school bench bro. I dreaded the squat for years so only would do leg extensions

1/2/3/4 are my one rep maxes. I want to at least be doing them for reps by the end of the year
