Actually what you want to do is shoulders to make your torso more top-heavy. Shoulders are also easier and faster to hypertrophy. Lats come second, obliques last. If you're thinking of "filling out" the hour glass shape with oblique muscle that's nearly impossible especially for a natty novice.

Just give up and become a 8/10 trap gym twink.

If your greater trochanter is wider than your iliac crest, you have wide hips. Bad luck

You also have no lats/obliques/serratus giving you look of a really narrow waist.

- You're overdeveloped on your right side to the point where I can't tell whether it's a developmental restriction on the left, or you're lopsided from dominant use of the right.

- Right shoulder is dropping more than left
- Genu Varum on the knees, they're pointing outwards.

I'll just say this, the majority of guys whining about wide hips that have physiques like this are usually untrained with significant imbalances their posture which exaggerates the 'wide hips' look.

Get your movement back to something functional before you go lifting heavy. Get some massage from a professional (Remedial/Ostepathic)

Obliques are not your core, the latest theory of the core is Diaphragm, Transverse Abdominis, Pelvic Floor and Multifidus.

I can't give you a full treatment plan, but here are some things for that problem.

Google 'How to fix genu varum"
- Strengthen Vastus Medialis/Adductors/Sartorius
- Stretch and massage Vastus Lateralis and TFL

Shoulders and back
- Strengthen Left rotation/side bend/extension
- Massage/stretch Right rotation/sidebend/extension
- Balance external and internal shoulder rotators (Infraspinatus/Teres Minor/Supraspinatus vs Subscapularis/Pec Minor) and surrounding musculature (Rhomboids vs Serratus Anterior, Levator scapulae vs Lower Trapezius)

Learn anatomy and physiology. It's all there on youtube, might take you months and years and it's worth it.
