Went to a fancy steak house, and I did there challenge. 2 pounds of steak. Took me about 15 minutes, had a baked potato and a salad too. The I came home and ate two 5x5x3" peices of lasagna. It's was pretty good. Then I had some pie. But that was yesterday. I do IF, so I didn't eat anything today. Yet.

Cottage Cheese for breakfast
Chicken breast for lunch
Pork Tenderloin for dinner.

Hey, fyi if you're trying to stick below 500 calories you should probably eat better shit so you don't just go insane.

Take it from a recovering anorexic, you need to 1) drink more water and 2) eat more veggies. Seriously just have like 2 containers of salad mix with green/red bell peppers and whatever other veggies you want (low calorie, no corn or beans) and you'll be fine. Obviously low-calorie or no dressing.

And take a multivitamin.
