i weigh 130 man, you're doing good

eat more?

Well you see I already take in over 3,000 clean calories a day along with protein supplements. Do I actually have a high metabolism?

what the fuck are these numbers? are these lbs lost per week or something?

>tfw 1, 2, 1.5,3

Oh my god you guys can't believe how skinny my legs are. I think was malnourished growing up or something.

ohp/bench/deadlift/squat they are in plates. Where 1 is refered to as 45lbs on each side

3 plate squat but skinny legs?

I've only been in the gym for a month for the first time in years.

basal metabolism only varies between individuals by +-10% on average, which is the caloric equivalent of about a slice of bread.

You're either not eating enough, or you're shit at counting and not eating as much as you think you are.

Between calories burned during the training itself, your metabolism increasing in response to the training, and the energy your body uses to facilitate your gains during rest, lifting burns A SHITLOAD of calories.

How does this question get asked multiple times a day for so many years. It always amazes me.

Gotta eat big and lift big to get big!

>/OHP/BP/Sqwat/DL

People try to compute plates in fractions for some retarded reason, it makes more sense in kg because 1 pl8 = 20 kg, so you can talk about them reasonably in increments of .25 pl8. In lbs it makes no sense because there is no .5 pl8 as 1 pl8 = 45 lbs.

Damn bro nice you just gotta work on that bench

Mirin

Guys I'm going to go lift for the first time since high school today. Which lifts should I try first? Or should I try all of them today to get a bearing for where I'm at?

Pick a routine and do those
