I recently tried adding 3 tablespoons of oil after each meal in the day, that amounts to roughly 1000kcal in the day. I'm basically bulking on fat.

If you are willing to work out after gaining fat, eat junk for and drink high calorie drinks. Now i know this is not healthy at all but at least gain like 30 40 pounds then work out to have a good body.

Have shakes, its easier to digest and will allow you to pack more in.
Eat more calorie dense foods and at the end of the day you will have to force some meals down, its just the nature of the beast.

Yesterday I got a shake with a scoop of gainer (roughly 900kcal) and my usual 9 tbsp (1000) plus three small meals. I think that'd be 3000kcal in total.

Force yourself to eat more. Yes it will feel horrible and it will take forever to eat a meal. After 15m or so you've eaten what you normally eat and then you eat a bite every 3-4m or so. It's pretty shit. Good news is, after about a month you adapt, then you are hungry. ALL THE FUCKING TIME.

Also, yeah as others have said, blending shit and drinking it can be a somewhat easy way to keep up the cals.

i snack pretty much all day. it feels like my body is so used to snacking, that i can only eat regular meals slowly with constant breaks.

Good amount of calories, great for keto and drinking it is really easy as compared to eating an extra 1000 calories.

If you ever feel hungry during the day, you're doing it wrong. Pick at least three nights each week. On those nights, eat until you are sick and want to kill yourself.

I recommend frozen pizza with at least 2 kinds of meat. Eat the whole damn thing. Sit down and eat until the entire thing is gone. Don't stand up unless you've finished, I don't give a shit how long it takes
If you can't do that, don't come back here complaining about not being able to gain weight

try to eat full meals out of the day so you are constantly consuming proper nutrients. stay away from snacking and grazing. maybe graze as your last meal. but even then, don't treat it like a snack. treat it like a sensible meal. if you have munchies in some sort of way where your brain craves the feeling of eating tasty little snacks throughout the day, just sip on water or don't eat. wait until your next meal. it will make it that much more rewarding. if you snack make sure it's sensible and clean. keep researching.


my bad i didn't try to say you meant to tell him to replace it. it's just that i have met so many people (usually co-workers or friends i dumped) who don't do nutrition right. sure, they see "results" and shit for a bit, but they tend to think drinking liquid shit is much better than eating real foods over long periods of time. then because they lost like 25lbs with a semi-healthy yet still shit overall diet, they get all preachy. at least this is what normies believe, so i had to make that my main point up there. i should have been more detailed.
