liquid. if i had to do everything again take 2 or 3 different ones at the same time for 8 weeks, its a bit more expensive but itll be like a legit cycle of something without any side effects at all.

I've been lifting 2 months and I'm probably about 145lbs 5'11". I would like to see faster results and am considering buying LGD. Should I realistically see how far I can go natty before starting something like SARMs or is it really just up to me when I start?

Do not give up your natty card until you have significant experience training natty. It will not end well. And at your weight all you need to do is fucking eat.

As if any non-nattys care about the long term effects. We know it's not exactly good for you. I was talking about the immediate sides. Some can be bothered with injecting which is fine for them, some can't.

I did an LGD/MK677 cycle for 5 weeks or so. Took the LGD at doses between 5mg and 10 mg. The MK677 at 25mg. SHit definitely works.. all my lifts went up by at least 10-15 lbs. MK677 gives you bloat though and at week 5 I started noticing the effects of test suppression from the LGD so i stopped. LGD definitely suppresses your test after awhile of being on it. There's bloodwork panels on le reddit if you look hard enough. Test levels usually return to normal around 4 weeks even without a pct. While I was taking both of them and lifting I went from around 205 to 220ish(6'1"). They're both effective supplements but if you're gonna do LGD you should have some proper PCT. It's not going to shut you down but as I said.. it definitely suppresses total and free testosterone... significantly depending on the dosage.

Just take Test E fags. It's proven to work 100% of the time, and as long as you're not a retard, sides are minimal. Also costs less than this shit.

SARMS also work, with less effect, sides and pct, at a higher cost. Both have their place, though noobs looking for quick gains should probably avoid either.
