Averaging Veeky Forums

ITT:

The main idea is to create an average Veeky Forumsizen with the data.

I'll start:
>height
175cm
>weight
73 kg
>strenght on main lifts
1/2/2.8/3.5
>years of lifting
1.5

>height

>strenght on main lifts
i dont understand what your numbers represent, but i max the following: bench 110kg, squat 155kg and diddylift 190kg.
>years of lifting
1 month

>190cm
>173lb
>.7/1/2/2.5

I plan on bulking up to a respectable 200 lbs and then try to maintain that weight as I get ripped again.

3 years (very) inconsistently

Goal is 1/2/3/4 for reps

I'll lift for 6 months then lose motivation for a few months then get back into and repeat

It's a process

It's not really for reps but yeah. Think I did it twice when I was testing my 1rm. Always worked labour jobs and was always a decently strong guy so it comes easy.

My fucking bench regressed somehow from Friday to today by one rep. I don't understand it. Eating like a fatass and doing dips, etc. Plenty of sleep. Meanwhile squat doesn't even feel heavier from one session to the next.

7 months, though I have been trying to lose weight since December as I started to dirty "bulk" when I was already fat as fuck at probably 25% - 30% bf. All of my lifts have basically stalled since then aside from bench which went up by 5 lbs, probably another 4 fucking months of this.
Hoping to hit 150 lbs by at least July then slow bulk. Really wanna hit 1/2/3/4 by the end of the year but idk if that's possible.

Who cares? How many guys in gyms have you seen under 200lbs with those stats?

Can you even do that yourself?

When will they learn

Didn't have to tell me you're one month in. You clearly don't have an understanding of what a 2 plate OHP demands. Definitely is far harder to achieve than even a 4 plate squat.

That being said, that guy is very heavy so maybe he's telling the truth.
