Starting a cut. What do y'all do for your macro ratios? 50 protein 35 fat 15 carb

85 protons
80-90 fat
rest is carbs

Is that in percents or grams?

full protons

grams
works for me, in cals total it's 2600kcal (cutting)
try out whatever works for you

Obviously grams..

40 p 40 c 20 f
Might be too much protein idk

My split is 30-40-30 Proton/Carb/Fat

DO NOT USE RATIOS
THEY DO NOT WORK
>1-1.5g protons/lbs body weight
>1-2 fat/kg body weight
>fill in the rest of your calories with carbs (~4 Cals/g)
Done

>numbers in this format don't work
>use numbers in this other format

You're a FUCKING retard.

Just do a keto cut and make your carbs >=3%.

I go something like 45 protein 51-533 fat and the rest carbs. The fat melts.

I've read shit that eating too much protein in a keto diet will fuck with the ketosis and burn the body will take the protein as a more readily available energy source than the fat, but I've also read shit that says otherwise. just get your protons and fats and keep the carbs dreadfully low. you'll be fine.

I wasn't sure if he was retarded or not that's why I tried clarifying

>533 grams of fat

Dear FUCKING god!

>51-53%*

>4,700 calories of fat

Except you're wrong retard, someone on a 1700cal cut will need completely different ratios than someone on 2700cal cut.

Ratios are fucking retarded.

Here's what you do:
At least 1g protein per pound lean body weight(total body weight-body fat)
1/2g fat per pound of lean body fat
The rest carbs with at least 30g of fiber

I'm on like 140g prot, 80g fat, 60g carbs on average during the week and it seems to be ok so far a couple weeks in

~1500 cals/day so the breakdown is rounded to 37/47/16 for p/f/c

Who in earth said all ratios are fine for all calorie intakes?

>lean body fat

How do I get this lean fat?

Pound it with a hammer

>take X grams of protein per lb/kg of body weight/lean mass
Good thing everyone agrees on a single amount.
