My torso is long, and my femurs are relatively short, but my arms are also long. As when resting at my sides they go about halfway down my thighs. The sprinting coach at my hs thought I had good potential because of my lanky build.

bruh I cannot squat low bar,it puts way too much stress on my lower back.(lean too far forward) I switched to High bar ATG and my back pain went away.

satan trips agree. i tried widening my grip and it helped build my chest better. i also started adding single arm dumbbell rows and it helped strength my posterior shoulder girdle and back. found it easier to really focus on the contraction and strengthen them.

also, anyone got any tips on unracking? im at an awkward height in between two of the pins where going up is too high and the one im at right now puts my shoulder and elbow in a very uncomfortable position, and this wasn't so much of a problem at like 1pl8, but now i'm worried i'll fuck something.
